trinks.ke operates as an online platform providing access to and facilitating the sale and delivery of imported consumer goods within Kenya. trinks.ke does not manufacture, alter, or represent the manufacturer of any products offered on the platform.
Products originate from international sources. trinks.ke is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any manufacturer referenced on the website.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the website and placement of any order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. Eligibility
Use is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Age verification is declarative.
4. Products and Representations

All prices are in Kenya Shillings

c) Delivery fees are charged at checkout
d) No cash on delivery
Prices may change without notice.
8. Delivery
Delivery is limited to Nairobi and fulfilled via third-party couriers. Target delivery timelines are within 24 hours during business days and hours. All timelines are estimates only.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or attempted delivery to the address provided.

a) delays
b) failed deliveries
c) courier-related issues
9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Returns are not accepted. Replacements are permitted only where:
a) items are delivered damaged in a manner that compromises contents
b) incorrect items are delivered
Refunds are not offered except where required by applicable law. Replacement is limited to the same product or another product of equivalent value available on the website. Claims must be made promptly upon delivery.
